DIGITAL AUGMENTED LITERACY CLASSES.

The Augmented Digital Literacy class was held for the first year B.Ed. students of the batch 2020-2022 via online sessions. The classes commenced on December 16, 2020. Mrs.V.K.Subashini and Mrs.Sumathi introduced us to working with MS PowerPoint, Google forms ,Google Docs ,Google Drive ,Google Slides, Augmented Reality using Arloopa app and in generating e-certificates through Google Sheets and Autocrat.

THE VALIDICTORY FUNCTION (8 JAN 2021):

The function commenced by 12 noon under the presence of the Principal Dr.Leonard Asokan sir and Mrs.Sumathi mam took over the session. About 18 students gave the feedback for the Digital Augmented Literacy Program, of which I too was a part of . Then I gave the vote of thanks for this occasion.

72nd REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION AT CMS:(26/01/2021)

The function commenced by 8 am on 26.01.2021 and students attended it through the online webinar. Students witnessed the flag hoisting with various patriotic songs and speech, to remember the significance of the Indian Republic Day.

INAUGURAL FUNCTION FOR THE START OF REGULAR CLASSES: (8Th Feb 2021)

The Principal, Dr.Leonard Ashokan sir welcomed the first year students with other respected teachers of the college. We were told the importance of having a regular college for B.Ed. ,despite of having a distance course college for B.Ed. The teachers along with the Principal were very welcoming in their attitudes to the fellow students.

SUNDAY, 21 February 2021(COOKING COMPETITION)

I participated in the Cookery competition held in the CMS Samajam. The topic given to us was 'Button Mushroom '. I cooked and displayed the mushroom Butter Masala. There were other competitions which was held like the Rangoli and Group dances. The teachers also took part in the competitions bringing about a more happier teacher-student teachers environment.

GUINESS WORLD RECORD TAMIL SPEECH MEGA- EVENT:

The Guinness Record event for Tamil speech was conducted for which many of my classmates took part in it .

TET INAUGURAL FUNCTION:

The TET inaugural function was organized by the principal as a start to commence the TET coaching classes for the students.

SPOKEN ENGLISH PROGRAMME INAUGURATION:

An Inaugural function was arranged for the spoken English program. The program aimed in improving students overall command in English.

GUINESS WORLD RECORD SPEECH ON Dr. A.P.J ABDUL KALAM.

I got a chance to participate in the mega-event organized by TNTEU exclusively for Tamil Nadu B.Ed. teachers. I spoke on the Life History of Abdul Kalam as a part of the 24 hour speech session.

ONLINE EDUCATION- B.ED. CURRICULUM AND CLASSES:

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS:

The Republic day Celebrations was conducted through online mode. I participated in the singing of patriotic song. The faculties and the Management members were present.

WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATIONS:

On account of Women's day celebrations, some cultural programs were conducted in the college in which the students participated in singing and dances. I participated in 'Solo Dance' and ' cinematic singing'.

CMS VIDYAMANDIR - TRAINING INTERNSHIP:

I was asked to go to CMS VIDYA MANDIR as a part of my teacher's training . It was a good learning experiences which showed my strengths and weaknesses.
